Here's some more Ocean Shores pictures from our vacation last week. They are not really in any great order, more like a collage of the different days together.

Yes, it really was hot enough in Ocean shores for the children to swim! The pictures aren't that great, but I wanted to have proof that they were in that freezing water.

Cousins at the beach! One of the days, my mom & sister Jessica came with her children. It was lots of fun. Calvin & Allison love playing with Isaac and of course Warren loves holding Evelyn - who could resist?

All the sudden a seal came up on shore. At first everyone on the beach hovered around and took pictures, gradually people went back to what they were doing - but the seal stayed there for hours & just watched everyone. it was pretty amazing.

Back to the house at Ocean Shores for the sunset & hot chocolate - this was a fun vacation!

I remember swimming in that ocean a lot when I was younger (in my teens?) when our class used to go there for retreats.

I love the picture of Carolyn with her hair blowing in the wind. It just seems to capture something of the sweet softness of her personality.
And there's nothing to warm you up inside after being "chilled" like hot chocolate.
